    company's seal
2. Application for the employment of the employee
3. Letter of intent for the employment of the employee (For those who will be deputy-managers
    or the higher positions, the resolution of the board of directors and the articles of association of
    the company should be provided.)
4. Health examination report
5. Copy of the passport pages with photograph
6. Diploma of the employee which should be translated into Chinese and should be stamped with
    the seal of the translation company
7. Resume of the employee
8. Application form to be filled in and stamped with the company's seal
9. One 2-inch photo with blue background
10. An authorization letter to be stamped with the company's seal

-tives of a Beijing Representative Office

1. The original and copy of the registration certificate of foreign enterprises permanent in china
2. Working cards
3. Health examination report
4. Copy of the appointment letter of the chief representative or the Representatives
5. Resume of the employee
6. The original and copies of the passport
7. Application form for foreigner's employment in china to be filled and stamped with the company's
   seal
8. One 2-inch photo
9. An authorization letter to be stamped with the company's seal
 

Documents for Applying for Residence Permit of Chief Representative or Representa
-tives of Beijing Offices

Document needed:

1. The original and copy of the registration certificate of the office
2. The original and copy of the employment permit
3. The original 'Registration form of temporary residence'
4. Their working cards (the original and copy)
5. The original health examination report
6. The original passport
7. Chinese visa or residence permit application form to be filled in and stamped with the company's     seal
8. One 2-inch photo of the applicant with blue background
9. Marriage certificate for accompanying husband or wife
10.Kinship or birth certificate for accompanying children or parents
